Our sample patch is the perfect way to see if our patches are right for you, you can order a single patch with your design prior to ordering a bulk order.To order more patches please use our Custom Leather Patch product, or for larger sizes you can order our Large Leather Patches, or Extra Large Leather Patches.

 

The Nitty Gritty: Our custom leather patches are made to order. Each patch is carefully engraved with the text or logo of your choice, hand polished and catapulted straight to your door with the speed that only the United States Postal Service can deliver. These patches are the perfect gift for weddings, anniversaries, employees and much more.

Sizing: This listing is for our standard sized leather patch SAMPLE. Patches can be a maximum of 9 square inches (3″x3″ or less). For larger patches please visit our shop, we have an option for large patches (5″ x 5″) and extra large patches (7″ x 7″).

Top Notch Materials: We use English Bridle Leather which is Drum dyed and hot stuffed, the end product is smooth, flexible yet durable, and tanned in the USA.

Customization: We can etch your custom text or logo onto one side of the patch. Logos must be mono-tone and cannot include any gradients. Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure if your logo will work. For text please include in the note what you would like engraved, we can do up to 3 lines with 10 characters per line. Please include the font you would like used, or we can choose one for you.

Please note, as a natural material leather color may vary slightly from patch to patch, each one is suited for you.

    Do you have a custom shape file or do you need us to create one?

    Shape file must be a black line on white or transparent background. 

    • (max file size 50 MB)

  • **OPTIONAL** Please indicate how wide you would like the patch. The height will be selected based on the shape proportions to this number. Units are in Inches, if 0 is selected we will select the size that best suits the patch shape. 1.5" x1.5" is the smallest we can engrave.

    Holes are roughly .5mm in diameter and are spaced approximately every 6mm (1/4"). 

    PDF, AI, SVG, PNG files are acceptable. Your artwork file must be more than 800x800px, it must be black and white, and cannot include overlaid colors/shapes, or gradients.
